Graceful Passages

A Companion for Compassionate Transitions

Graceful Passages

Graceful Passages is an experiential tool designed for individuals who face the prospect of dying. It is a collection of two CDs, one in which spoken word and music blend to support and ease life transitions, and the other in which the same music plays without the verbal messages, for those times when the listener prefers music alone. This two-CD set is accompanied by a book with words from the speakers, who include Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, and other world mentors of compassion.

This anticipatory guidance is appropriate for anyone who is interested in exploring issues of personal mortality. The experienced clinicians, counselors and spiritual advisors who are part of this collection speak to anyone who is confronting life's end, either themselves, or within their circle of family and friends.

The power of the words comes through in messages of letting go, closure, giving and receiving love, forgiveness, appreciation of life and continuity of spirit. The music provides comfort.

Themes of reconciliation, resolution and peaceful transitions resonate throughout Graceful Passages.
